Rules and Regulations

  • A “Dealers” must be licensed in their state and have registered through our system.
  • Vehicles bought and sold on the premises of Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC must be paid for in full at the auction office before you leave. You must have a gate pass to remove vehicle from the premises.
  • Any outside sales not ran through the auction are between buyer and seller and will incur the same fee as Lane ran vehicles.
  • Any vehicles for sale through Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC are sold “AS IS”.
  • Each vehicle offered for sale must have valid identification plate.
  • All purchased vehicles must have a paid Gate Pass before leaving the premises.
  • Any kit cars, gray marked care, or reproduction must have a valid Georgia registration and are sold “AS IS”. Year make and model are not guaranteed by Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC.
  • Any Salvage title or Salvage history titles must be disclosed up front or seller will be required to repurchase the vehicle with a 10% additional fee, including any other applicable fees.
  • Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC will not be responsible for any legal situation concerning Salvage titles matters. That is strictly between buyer and seller
  • Seller will be responsible for correcting any errors made by the auctioneer concerning conditioning.
  • Seller is responsible for watching the lights and listening to announced conditions.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying serial number, model year, and working odometer.
  • Any sales through the public Auction must have matching Title and tag receipt.
  • All bidders must be registered before Auction time and have a visible bidder badge at all times.
  • Public Auction bidders will be required to pay Georgia Sales tax at a 7% tax rate and Tag and title fee of $75.00
  • Non Dealer titles must be in sellers name and match the driver’s license of Seller.
  • Public Auction Payments can be made in the form of cash, Cashier’s Check, wire transfer, or credit card. Bank Certified letters on Bank letterhead with a quoted Credit Line will be accepted upon verification by Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC before start of Auction.
  • Full payment for Dealer or Public Auction must be paid the day of sale.
  • Online payments can be made through our website https://gaautorvauction.com
  • Any vehicles sold at Georgia Auto/ RV Auction LLC will receive proceeds from that sale on Auction day in form of a check or wire transfer.
  • You will be provided a list of seller and buyer fees by request by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling 912-805-2236.
  • A valid driver’s license is required to purchase or receive a title on any purchases.
  • A $300.00 deposit is required to receive a bidder badge for Public Auctions. Your deposit is refundable upon turning in your bidder badge to the office. If you have purchased a vehicle through the Auction your deposit will be applied to your purchase.
  • Any purchased vehicles not paid and abandoned by the bidder will incur a $600.00 fee. Reneging buyer will also be responsible for any and all costs and expenses arising out of collection of renege fees. This includes attorney fees and court costs.
  • 1st offense renege fees must be paid in full to receive bidding badge, two instances of buyer renege will result in permanent revoked bidding privileges.
  • IF” Sales are binding until 12:00pm the day after the sale. It is YOUR responsibility to contact the “IF” office to see if your sale was approved.
